Rooting your samsung galaxy s4 enables you take full control of your smartphone with no limitations, l.e you will able to install any kind of application you want without been restricted.

Things Needed To Root Your Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500

1. Cofface's CWM Recovert  which can be gotten here
2. Download Odin  here to your computer
3. Samsung Andriod USB Driver which can be gotten here
4. Your battery most be aleast 70%
5. Your Samsung Galaxy S4 Gt-19500

Steps For Rooting Your Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500

1. Go to menu then click settings>>>About Device>>>Build Number then tab build number 7 and then go back to your settings and you developer options will be unlocked
2. Click on developer  and tick USB Debugging check box
3. Then download this files and then unzip them to a location you can remember
4. After unzipping them shut down your phone and after shutting down, hold the volume down,home button and also the hold power button untill the android robots appears.
5. After downloading Odin on your computer, connect your phone to your computer using USB cable, after pluging your USB cable to your computer your computer will detect your phone and COM port will pop up at the top
6. Then click on PDA and select Cofface samsungI9500_recovery_en_0503. tar file to flash the recovery which you will later use to root your phone and make sure the Re-partition is unchecked, then click the start button to to start the flashing the new PDA
7. When you flashing is complete the phone will reboot automatically, then shut it down again
8. Then hold the Volume button up+ the home button and also the power button so it can boot  in recovery mood
9. In the recovery mood go to root phone by choosing any of the  method, But if you choose CWM Recovery it will notify once the operation/process is complete as seen below
